AaronAaron DelloIacono Thies - CEO

In 2003, Aaron founded Ad Delivery Solutions (ADS) in San Francisco, CA, providing consulting for ad operations and ad serving technology. ADS fills the need for publishers, ad networks and marketers to obtain independent, unbiased and experienced guidance in the selection and use of ad serving technology to improve ad operations and maximize revenue.

While providing consulting services, Aaron embraced the use of fully open-source ad serving platforms to build high-performance and cost-effective ad serving solutions for ADS clients.  In 2005, Aaron expanded Ad Delivery Solutions offerings to include a full suite of products and services for open-source ad serving, including hosted ASP ad serving accounts, custom dedicated ad servers, turn-key video ad servers, ad server installation & migration support, and outsourced ad trafficking services.

Aaron received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Davis in 1994.

Balaji - Staff and Project Manager

Balaji is a staff and project manager for ADS.  Before joining ADS, Balaji worked as a Project Manager for various IT firms.

Balaji’s hometown is Chennai, India, and he is passionate about traveling, reading and sports. Balaji received his BS in computer science from Madurai Kamraj University and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Maheshwari - Customer Support and Trafficking

Maheshwari provides ADS customer support and dedicated trafficking services.  Before joining ADS, Maheshwari worked as a web researcher and data entry operator for EphronTech. Maheshwari was involved as a web researcher in the Wiser Earth Project by Paul Hawkins.  Maheshwari loves nature, books, music, traveling and writing and was awarded the first prize for Statewide Essay Writing by the honorable President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in 2004. Maheshwari received her BS in computer science from Bharatiyar University in 2006.

Shankar - Software Developer

Shankar is a software developer for ADS, developing new versions of OASIS and creating custom rich media advertising.Before joining AHS, Shankar worked as a software developer for EphronTech.  Shankar’s hometown is Coimbatore, India, and his  favorite hobbies are Music and Riding Bikes. Shankar received a BE degree in Computer Science from Anna University, India.

Santhosh - Senior System Administrator

Santhosh is the senior system administrator for ADS, specializing in ad server management and Linux server administration. Before joining ADS, Santhosh worked as a Linux administrator for EphronTech.  Santhosh’s hometown is Coimbatore, India, and he enjoys reading books, watching movies and playing football. Santhosh completed his BS in Computer Science from Bharatiyar University and is currently pursuing his masters degree.

Diana - System Administrator

Diana works as system administrator for ADS, building and managing OASIS ad servers.  Before joining ADS, Diana worked as a junior system administrator for EphronTech.

Diana’s hometown is Tanjore, India and she loves reading and music.  Diana did her BE in Electronics and Communications at Anna University.
